Post of the day, typical for Huffington Post

The above is an example of a typical Huffington Post comment in the Israel section of the website. A call for bombing Israel five flags and all, is still up there. And the Huffington Post claims that they moderate their forums and do not tolerate abusive language.

Update as of 10/4/2010, the post was finally removed.

For the life of me, I am unable to find the link to the article that I read a couple of months ago about the demographic make up of the Huffington Post readership.  The article focused on how the Mission statement of the Huffington Post has nothing to do with what actually is happening in their comments section, how Talk Backers that dissent without violating the Terms of Service in the face of blatant antisemitism get banned on regular basis, while the offending TalkBackers who post blatantly antisemitic posts and violate the Terms of Service remain for years.  The article talked about the specific demographic make up of the readership of the Middle East/Israel/Gaza, that amongst the regulars there are over 300,000 are registered users from the 22 Islamic countries, that the other large group is from Canada UK and other smaller European nations  and only a very small minority is from the US.

Unfortunately I can not find it, I wonder if it was taken down "by force".

Regardless, here is a website that monitors hits and demographics of most online media sources:

The Adventerous Ms.Sharmain Narwani

Sharmain Narwani is a blogger on the Huffington Post, infamous for her blatant antisemitism, this is her latest installment in a news clip from September 22nd,2010 regarding the findings of the investigation into the Flotilla event, remember, Sharmaine publishes her antisemitic drivel on the Huffington and generally attracts the antisemitic contingent.

Antisemitic post of the day

Original Article in which this took place - The Last Summit

Notice the five references to Nazis! Does it get anymore less factual, and more antisemitic? I guarantee that this post will stand and the Huffington Post Moderators will not remove it!

An attempt to silence the truth

Sept 22, 2010, my post was deleted as I suspected, it's important to note that it violated no Terms of Use!

Anyone that is familiar with the Middle East conflict, is well aware of the late 1800's and early 1900's violence against the Jews in what today is Israel the West Bank and Hebron.  There is no dispute of the torture that the Ottoman's put the Jews through ranging from expulsions, to freezing immigration, to turning a blind eye to the Arabs raiding Jewish villages and killing Jews simply because they were Jews.

Israel Warns Of Palestinian Violence If Peace Talks Fail is a news piece published by the Huffington Post earlier today.  Here is my original post in response, please note the five flags (I'm certain there will be more).

It is very important to note that nothing in the post that I posted is against the Terms of Service, it is entirely factual, yet the Antisemites are busy exercising their index finger obsessively.   Sad and reflective of how antisemitism is permitted to raise it's ugly head again.

Alex Young

Alex Young is now known as Majed Majin.  Also goes under other monikers not worthy of mention.  But the story of this individual is a bit disturbing.  There a many many examples of this individual's antisemitic ways, objection to the existence of Israel, and inciting hatred toward Israel amongst the regular commentators of the Huffington Post.  This is a most recent example.  The topic of discussion is  U.S. Soldiers Killed Afghan Civilians For Sport, Dismembered Bodies.  I expressed my outrage at such a behavior:

Majed Majin aka Alex Young couldn't help "himself" and followed up with:

All the links are pointing to articles that describe how IDF "abuses" the Palestinians.

A perfect example of an anti Semite

Attempting to delegitimatize or question the existence of Israel (calling for it's demise, questioning it's establishment) is antisemitic behavior, this individual here, though a Huffington Post moderator (Surprise surprise), is one of the biggest antisemitic individuals in the comments section:

In response to the Huffington Post’s publishing the organ theft in South Africa:

I posted the following comment

Ms. Narwani, the infamous anti semitic blogger, responded, this is our exchange:

Intro

With the recent spike in antisemitism I've decided to create a blog that points out examples of such.

Stay tuned, because there are several places on the internet that are hotbeds for this:

Huffington Post is the leader, their comment section is pleagued with antisemitic remarks and their moderators are not doing a particularly good job at dealing with it.  Furthermore, The Huffington Post listerally scouts stories and news articles that paint Israel in a negative light.  They solicit bloggers such as MJ Rosenberg, Shramain Narwani, Max Blumenthall, who made a career out of publishing anti Israel and in Narwani's case down right antisemitic commentaries.

The Kos is another hot bed, but I'll concentrate on one area at the time for the time being.
